En el año 1995, el Dr. Walroth-Sadurní fue aprobado Abogado Consultor Honorario en asuntos de protección del Consulado General de México en el Estado de la Florida por la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores (SRE) del Gobierno de México.
En el año 1996, recibió el Reconocimiento Ohtli de la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores (SRE) del Gobierno de México por representación de mexicanos en el extranjero con distinción.
El Dr. Walroth Sadurní es Presidente de la Mesa Directativa del
Center for Latin American Studies de la Universidad de Florida; miembro
de Empresarios Por México; y Secretario/Director de Enlace Mexico; en
el pasado, fue Presidente y Director del
American-Mexican Association of
Florida (AMEXAF), y Director del
United States-Mexico Chamber of
Commerce-Gulf Coast Chapter y del
United States-Mexico Chamber of
Commerce-InterAmerican Chapter.

Mr. Walroth Sadurní, a native of México D.F., México, is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since 1984. He holds the preeminent “AV” rating by LexisNexis/Martindale-Hubbell. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating of “AV” indicates recognition for the highest level of legal ability and ethics, and the pinnacle of professional excellence.
Mr. Walroth Sadurní, represents clients in all aspects of international commercial and corporate law matters relating to U.S. and foreign companies and businesspersons investing or doing business in Mexico and Latin America, and Mexican, Latin American and foreign companies and business persons investing or doing business in the United States, including but not limited to general commercial and corporate transactions, international mergers and acquisitions, Joint-Ventures, the establishment of corporations, limited liability companies, and other business entities in the United States, Mexico, and Latin-America, negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements in Spanish and English throughout Latin America, and generally representing clients through complex negotiations and transactions in Spanish and English throughout Latin America.
Mr. Walroth Sadurni also represents clients in all aspects of banking law and creditor-debtor law. He also represents clients with executive immigration and pre-immigration fiscal planning.
Mr. Walroth-Sadurní, also represents clients in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, including: shareholder litigation, partnership litigation, general corporate litigation, Federal Civil Forfeiture actions, banking and lender liability litigation, commercial contract disputes, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, construction litigation, and complex international family law litigation.
Mr. Walroth-Sadurní received a Juris Doctor from the School of Law of the University of Notre Dame, where he was a member of the Society of International Law and the Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity.
Before attending Law School, Mr. Walroth-Sadurní attended the University of Florida. There, he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Honors, graduating with distinction on the Dean’s list. He also pursued a course of studies in Latin American studies, simultaneously receiving a B.S./B.A. Certificate of Latin American Studies.
In 1995, Mr. Walroth-Sadurní was appointed by the
Secretaría de
Relaciones Exteriores of the Government of Mexico to serve as Honorary Legal Counsel to the Consulates of Mexico in Florida regarding commercial matters.
In 1996, Mr. Walroth-Sadurní was awarded the prestigious
Reconocimiento Ohtli by the
Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores of the
Government of Mexico for his distinguished representation of Mexican
nationals in the United States.
Mr. Walroth-Sadurní is President of the Board of Directors of the Center for Latin American Studies of the University of Florida; a Member of
